When you use the Trip Wallet feature:

• BroTrip never stores, processes, or has access to your full payment card numbers
• Transaction records (amounts, dates, and status) are retained to provide wallet functionality and resolve disputes
• Payment data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS encryption

Data Retention

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Account data is retained until you request deletion.

Payment transaction records are retained for a minimum of 7 years to comply with financial record-keeping requirements and to support dispute resolution.
